Very funny, and sadly true. Why don't more honorable, honest, decent people become politicians? Maybe it's because they're not willing to do what it takes to get elected (lie, cheat, steal, and manipulate).
Not to mention the media crucifies anyone who doesn't have a liberal agenda!
No one can pass the I have made no mistakes in life test, for an outsider to become a Politician. So, until America is willing to accept a person with flaws; no outsider will be elected. Example, Herman Cain. Only those born of the rich, groomed by the rich, whose faults are hidden by the rich paying people off; can become Politicians of a higher order than Mayor of a small City. Until we can live by the motto, he or she who is without sin cast the first stone, America has no chance of outside influence by we the people.
